Getting an Unlimited Amount of Free Cash:
Found on a cheat site on the Internet from an unknown contributor.
Go into the bank (In Management Menu, Shortcut Ctrl+B).
Take out a loan for any 'Amount' and 'Term' you want.
Then take out another loan for the same 'Amount' ('Term' doesn't matter).
Pay back the first loan.
Now if you take out another loan it does not make a new Loan #1 or #3, it replaces Loan #2.
This means you can keep taking out loans of any 'Amount' and for any 'Term' until you have as much cash as you want.
When you have enough cash just repay Loan #2 to tidy everything up.
Notes:
You can close the bank screen before you finish the process and continue from where you left off later on.
If you let the game run it will still repay part of the loan at the end of each month. However you can go back in and take out another loan (it resets the loan to whatever you just took out), or if the loan gets entirely paid back just repeat the process again.
